Employee responsibilities. Act professionally at all times; respect client privacy and confidentiality; avoid inappropriate interactions; report safeguarding concerns immediately to management; follow company policies and procedures.

Reporting concerns. Any safeguarding concern must be reported immediately to a company director, who will assess the situation and determine appropriate action.

We aim to prevent accidents and injuries, reduce workplace risks, comply with UK Health & Safety legislation, and provide appropriate training and equipment.

Management responsibilities. Maintain safe systems of work; provide suitable equipment; conduct risk assessments; review safety procedures regularly; ensure employees receive appropriate training.

Employee responsibilities. Work safely; use equipment correctly; wear appropriate PPE; report hazards immediately; follow risk assessments and safe working procedures.

Accident reporting. All accidents, incidents and near misses must be reported to management as soon as possible and recorded appropriately.

Equipment. Commercial vacuum cleaners; mop and bucket systems; microfibre cloth systems; colour-coded cleaning materials; disinfectants and sanitising products; glass cleaning equipment; PPE (gloves, masks, eye protection where required); waste disposal materials.

Capability. Domestic cleaning; commercial cleaning; routine maintenance cleaning; deep cleaning projects; end-of-tenancy cleaning; flexible scheduled cleaning contracts.

All cleaning activities are undertaken in accordance with health and safety procedures and client requirements.

Use of information. Delivering cleaning services; managing contracts; communicating with clients; legal and regulatory requirements.

Data security. We store information securely, limit access to authorised personnel, protect data against loss or misuse, and comply with UK GDPR requirements. Information is retained only as long as necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes.

Individual rights. Access your data; correct inaccurate information; request deletion where applicable; object to certain processing activities. Requests should be submitted directly to company management.

Objectives. Reduce single-use materials; recycle waste whenever possible; purchase sustainable cleaning products where available; promote environmentally responsible working practices. Management reviews environmental performance annually.

Personal protective equipment. Disposable gloves; protective footwear; eye protection where necessary; face masks where necessary.

Safe working method. Attend site and assess the work area; display warning signage where required; inspect equipment before use; wear appropriate PPE; follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning chemicals; complete tasks systematically; dispose of waste appropriately; remove signage once the area is safe; report any incidents or hazards.

Emergency procedures. Injury — provide first aid and report immediately. Fire — evacuate and follow site procedures. Chemical spill — isolate the area and follow product safety guidance. Equipment failure — stop work and report to management.
